We approach projects from a team perspective with a well-crafted process — working with the customer and partners to clarify priorities, define requirements and creatively design the optimal solution that maximizes priorities for the highest total value, while ensuring quality in integration.
Industrial engineering looks at the complete operation. Engineered bulk handling systems are just the physical components — they need to integrate with each other and fit within a larger pool that includes people, processes and data.
A small investment and commitment upfront helps ensure every aspect is reviewed — guaranteeing the highest customer-defined value, kept as simple as possible without overpaying in non-critical areas or underpaying in the highest-value ones, especially on a tight timeline.
We can work as industrial engineering consultants designing integrated operations, because more than just products, operations always involve people, processes and controls.
Scope can include quality control, ergonomics, layout optimization, safety, reliability, inventory management and process improvement — alongside the physical equipment itself.

A rail-served facility needed a reliable way to unload railcars and move dry bulk material into storage without manual handling at the receiving end. We specified and helped integrate a dense-phase pneumatic conveying system paired with rail unload equipment — moving material directly from railcar to storage with minimal dust and labor.

Our core role is design, supply and system integration — not field service. Where install or service support is needed, we bring in the right partner or contractor and stay involved to make sure the equipment we speced performs as intended.
We work across 12+ principal lines plus legacy partners, so we're not locked into recommending one manufacturer. Our engineering-first process defines the requirement before the product — the goal is the right fit, not a specific brand on the spec sheet.
Yes. We regularly work alongside other engineering firms and manufacturers, filling gaps as an advisory partner rather than replacing the relationships you already have in place.
Yes — decades of historic projects with PEBCO, CST, Hapman, Laidig and others mean we can often source, service or reference equipment well beyond our 12 principal lines.
